At EcoPith, we want you to love your sustainable purchases. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns responsibly
♻️ Returns Eligibility
Timeframe: Unused, unopened items may be returned within [30 days] of delivery
Condition: Products must be in original packaging with tags attached
Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on
Personal care items (e.g., bamboo toothbrushes, reusable razors)
Custom-made or perishable goods
🌍 How to Return
Start a Return: Email contact@ecopith.com with your order number and reason for return
Eco-Friendly Packaging: Ship items back in recyclable/compostable materials (no plastic, please!)
🔄 Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds are issued within [5–10 business days] after we receive your return
Method: Refunds go to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Store Credit: Opt for store credit instead and earn [10% extra] for future purchases.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
